Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your PH5 knitwear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.
Pack and Ship
Securely place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
